Clear National Title (“Clear”) is a 100% Black-owned, certified MBE title insurance agency specializing in complex commercial real estate, affordable housing, and civic infrastructure transactions nationwide.

Founded in 2014, Clear has participated in over $20 billion in transactions involving public agencies, institutional lenders, developers, and law firms across the United States. Our work spans large-scale commercial development, multifamily and affordable housing, infrastructure, education, and public-private partnerships.
